Daily Responsibilities for a Patient Access Representative II:
- Register patients
- Explain coverage and benefits to patients
- Data entry
- HS Diploma/GED
- 1 year of experience in a Medical Customer service role (Patient Facing)
- Experience handling Registration, insurance benefits, and Explanation of Benefits
- Comfortable working in the high-pressure Emergency department (if needed)
- Proficient in MS office
- 10key/data entry experience
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance
- Dental Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Access to Investment Accounts
- Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (Advocacy) Program
